To the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman 7th February 2011
Dear Sir/Madam,
You recently informed me on 6th January 2011, through a letter to my MP, that the Ombudsman had decided not to investigate my complaint about the Department of Health as they had not received a complaint from me at that time.
I have since sent a formal complaint by email on the 7th January 2011 and a further complaint by email on 27th January 2010 regarding Bilal Ghafoor’s handling of my enquiries.
I received an email from Bilal Ghafoor today asking for clarification of my complaints as he had been asked to respond.
The Complaints Manager and the subject of my complaint, Bilal Ghafoor, are obviously working in collusion and therefore my complaint will not be investigated independently and I therefore request that the Ombudsman investigates on my behalf.
