Dear Mr Perrott

Thank you for your email dated 7 September 2011 outlining your ongoing concerns about the data submitted by Wyeth in their licence application for Ativan.

I have given you the Agency’s position on this matter in earlier correspondence on the 2^nd of June, 5^th of July and 10^th of August of this year and I am sorry but I have nothing further to add on this specific issue.

If you have any other questions relating to benzodiazepines or any other medicines I would be happy to consider those.
